By accessing or using TacticScale ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
TacticScale is a product operated by imlore.com ("imlore.com", "we", "us", or "our"). TacticScale is a web-based application that helps investors research and understand public companies efficiently — often in just a few minutes each. It provides fundamental company information, including company profiles, narrated research "books" (the Lore section of the App), financial-health summaries, valuation estimates, a personal shelf of saved companies, and AI-powered analysis and content features. Lore is a section within TacticScale, not a separate product.

Nothing in TacticScale — including any company profiles, narrated research "books", charts, "fair value" or valuation estimates, "undervalued", "overvalued", or similar indicators, financial-health metrics, and any AI-generated text, narration, or imagery — is a recommendation, suggestion, solicitation, endorsement, or offer to buy, sell, or hold any security, and none of it should be relied upon as such. All content is provided for general informational and educational purposes only, may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and does not take into account your personal circumstances or objectives. imlore.com is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or fiduciary, and no advisory or fiduciary relationship is created by your use of the App. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and should consult a licensed financial adviser before investing. Investing involves substantial risk, including the possible loss of all principal, and is not suitable for everyone.
4. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may need to create an account using Sign in with Google. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account
5. Credits and Purchases
TacticScale uses a credit system for certain AI-powered features:
- New accounts receive a complimentary credit balance
- Additional credits can be purchased through the app
- Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable
- Credits do not expire
- All purchases are processed securely through Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or services
- Use automated systems to access the App in a manner that exceeds reasonable use
- Share your account credentials with others
7. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by TacticScale and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
8. Data and Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Your saved companies (My Shelf) and preferences are stored on your device and on our servers when you are signed in.
9. Third-Party Services
The App uses third-party services for market data, authentication, and other features. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party services.
10. Limitation of Liability
No Warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. imlore.com does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any market data, valuation, content, or analysis provided by the App. To the maximum extent permitted by law, imlore.com and its owners, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any investment losses, or for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages or claims, arising from your use of, or reliance on, the App or its content. You use the App entirely at your own risk and assume full responsibility for any resulting loss.
11. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our servers.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
