TacticScale is a web-based trading journal and analysis application that helps you track trades, monitor stock signals, and review your trading performance. The App provides tools for logging trades, maintaining a watchlist, viewing market data, and AI-powered analysis features.

TacticScale is an informational and educational tool only. The App does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading recommendations. All signals, charts, and analysis are for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions. Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone.
4. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may need to create an account using Sign in with Google. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account
5. Credits and Purchases
TacticScale uses a credit system for certain AI-powered features:
- New accounts receive a complimentary credit balance
- Additional credits can be purchased through the app
- Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable
- Credits do not expire
- All purchases are processed securely through Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or services
- Use automated systems to access the App in a manner that exceeds reasonable use
- Share your account credentials with others
7. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by TacticScale and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
8. Data and Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Your trading journal data and preferences are stored on your device and on our servers when you are signed in.
9. Third-Party Services
The App uses third-party services for market data, authentication, and other features. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party services.
10. Limitation of Liability
No Warranty
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of market data, signals, or any analysis provided by the App. In no event shall TacticScale be liable for any financial losses, damages, or claims arising from your use of the App or reliance on its content.
11. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our servers.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
