What Veralto does
Veralto operates in two areas that are easy to overlook: making sure water is safe, and making sure products are labeled and look right. Its Water Quality segment includes brands such as Hach, Trojan Technologies, and ChemTreat. It provides precision instruments, treatment technologies, chemical reagents, services, and software to measure, analyze, and treat water for municipal, industrial, commercial, residential, research, and natural resource customers. The Product Quality & Innovation segment serves companies that package and sell goods. Videojet and Linx supply marking and coding systems and consumables that print information on products and packaging. Esko offers packaging design and imaging software. X-Rite and Pantone provide color management and color standards for designers and manufacturers. Veralto is headquartered in Waltham, Massachusetts. It was incorporated in 2022 as DH EAS Holding Corp. and took the Veralto name in February 2023.

What is Veralto worth?
On an owner-earnings DCF, Veralto's most-likely value is about $97 versus a recent price near $97 (0% below fair value). But TacticScale only calls a stock undervalued when the price sits below its conservative no-growth floor (~$43) with a margin of safety — so the honest verdict here is “Fairly priced — no edge.” Fair value earns its keep only at the extremes, not in the wide middle.
Price sits in the normal range — fair value isn't actionable here; it earns its keep only when price drops below the no-growth floor, or runs to roughly double the optimistic case.
Analysis, not advice. Fair value is a margin-of-safety estimate from a deterministic owner-earnings DCF, not a price target or recommendation. See the full breakdown →
