Ferrovial SE
Builds, owns and operates toll roads and airports around the world
Read Ferrovial in 3 minutes →What Ferrovial does
Ferrovial is an infrastructure developer and operator. It designs and builds large transport projects and, more importantly, holds long-term concessions to operate them — most notably managed toll lanes in the United States, Canada's 407 ETR toll highway, and stakes in major airports.
How Ferrovial makes money
Ferrovial earns from two engines: a construction business that builds infrastructure for fees, and a much higher-value concessions business that collects tolls and airport charges over decades. The concessions — often with traffic- or inflation-linked pricing — produce durable, growing cash flows, while Ferrovial recycles capital by developing, operating and sometimes selling stakes.
