What Pfizer does
Pfizer Inc., founded in 1849 and headquartered in New York, is one of the largest biopharmaceutical companies in the world. It reports three segments: Biopharma, PC1, and Pfizer Ignite. Its internal medicine business includes the blood thinner Eliquis, the migraine drugs Nurtec ODT and Zavzpret, the Prevnar and Abrysvo vaccines, and the COVID-19 treatment Paxlovid. It also sells immunology drugs such as Xeljanz and Enbrel, and rare-disease treatments such as the Vyndaqel family for amyloidosis. Oncology is a major area. Pfizer sells antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), small molecules, and bispecific antibodies, including Ibrance, Xtandi, Padcev, Adcetris, Lorbrena, and Elrexfio. It also sells biosimilars and hospital sterile injectables. Pfizer works with partners including Bristol-Myers Squibb, Astellas, Merck KGaA, and BioNTech. It also has a collaboration with Boltz to develop AI models for biomolecules.

What is Pfizer worth?
On an owner-earnings DCF, Pfizer's most-likely value is about $29 versus a recent price near $28 (3% below fair value). But TacticScale only calls a stock undervalued when the price sits below its conservative no-growth floor (~$20) with a margin of safety — so the honest verdict here is “Fairly priced — no edge.” Fair value earns its keep only at the extremes, not in the wide middle.
Price sits in the normal range — fair value isn't actionable here; it earns its keep only when price drops below the no-growth floor, or runs to roughly double the optimistic case.
Analysis, not advice. Fair value is a margin-of-safety estimate from a deterministic owner-earnings DCF, not a price target or recommendation. See the full breakdown →
