How Innovex International makes money

It earns revenue by selling and renting its engineered products, plus related services such as spooling, installation support and mileage, to international and national oil companies, independent E&P producers and multinational oilfield service firms.

What Innovex International does

Innovex International is a Humble, Texas-based supplier of mission-critical engineered products for the oil and natural gas industry, founded in 2016. Its portfolio covers the full life of a well: well construction products that protect wellbore integrity and support cement placement; drilling enhancement tools that improve rate of penetration and address downhole problems; well completion products such as liner hangers, toe initiation tools, frac plugs, packers and casing flotation gear; and production and intervention offerings including fishing tools, artificial lift accessories, wellhead penetrators, tubing hangers and ESP cable management. The company also supplies subsea wellheads, connectors, deepwater centralization solutions, diverter systems and surface wellhead systems for offshore and onshore use. Innovex sells and rents these products worldwide to national and international oil companies, independent exploration and production companies and large oilfield service firms. As a result, its business depends closely on drilling and completion activity.

What is Innovex International worth?

On an owner-earnings DCF, Innovex International's most-likely value is about $27 versus a recent price near $28 (4% above fair value). But TacticScale only calls a stock undervalued when the price sits below its conservative no-growth floor (~$15) with a margin of safety — so the honest verdict here is “Fairly priced — no edge.” Fair value earns its keep only at the extremes, not in the wide middle.

Verdict: Fairly priced — no edge
Owner-earnings fair value · recent price ≈ $28
Fair value (most likely)

Range
$20–$42
No-growth floor

Price

Price sits in the normal range — fair value isn't actionable here; it earns its keep only when price drops below the no-growth floor, or runs to roughly double the optimistic case.

Analysis, not advice. Fair value is a margin-of-safety estimate from a deterministic owner-earnings DCF, not a price target or recommendation. See the full breakdown →
