How FS.COM makes money
It earns most of its revenue by selling networking hardware, cabling and accessories directly to customers (DTC), without going through distributors. Bare-metal switch software and technical support services bring in additional revenue.
What FS.COM does
FS.COM Limited is a Shenzhen-based networking company founded in 2009. It was known as Shenzhen Yuxuan Network Technology until October 2020. It sells directly to customers in computing, data centers, enterprise networks and telecommunications, both in China and internationally. The catalog is broad. It includes ethernet switches of many kinds, bare-metal switches and software, routers, security products and network packet brokers, as well as the optical transceivers and fiber and copper cabling that link equipment together. It also sells optical transport and access gear, including PON, data center interconnect, Mux Demux/OADM, transponders and open line systems. The rest of the range covers wireless, surveillance, servers and storage, power, racks and cabinets, cable management, labels and printers, and fiber and copper testing tools. Technical support services round out the offering, so customers can buy most of what they need to build a network from one place.

What is FS.COM worth?
On an owner-earnings DCF, FS.COM's most-likely value is about HK$66 versus a recent price near HK$33 (50% below fair value). But TacticScale only calls a stock undervalued when the price sits below its conservative no-growth floor (~HK$29) with a margin of safety — so the honest verdict here is “Fairly priced — no edge.” Fair value earns its keep only at the extremes, not in the wide middle.
Price sits in the normal range — fair value isn't actionable here; it earns its keep only when price drops below the no-growth floor, or runs to roughly double the optimistic case.
Analysis, not advice. Fair value is a margin-of-safety estimate from a deterministic owner-earnings DCF, not a price target or recommendation. See the full breakdown →
