China Resources Pharmaceutical Group is an investment holding company, a subsidiary of CRH (Pharmaceutical) Limited, and covers the whole pharmaceutical value chain in Mainland China. It has four segments: manufacturing, distribution, retail, and others. On the manufacturing side, it makes chemical drugs, Chinese medicines, biological drugs and nutrition products. These cover a wide range of therapeutic areas, including cardiovascular, metabolic, respiratory, pediatric, antitumor, anti-infection, blood products and intravenous infusions. Its brands include 999, Dong-E-E-Jiao, Double Crane, Zizhu, Jiangzhong, Boya and Kun Zhong Yao. Its distribution arm supplies warehousing, logistics and supply chain services to drug and medical device makers and to hospitals, distributors and pharmacies. It also runs retail pharmacies, including stores under the Teck Soon Hong brand, and holds some property. The company was incorporated in 2007, is headquartered in Wan Chai, Hong Kong, and took its current name in 2011. Its former name was China Resources Medications Group.
