The same segment also develops, sells, leases and manages properties and supplies building materials. The company changed its name from Central Holding Group in May 2023 as it moved into new energy. The New Energy and EPC segment makes and sells photovoltaic products and delivers solar engineering, procurement and construction projects. The company also runs smaller businesses in smart energy management (energy-saving lighting, equipment and IT services), health and wellness products, and agricultural and food-and-beverage supply chains. It is a subsidiary of Central Culture Resource Group Limited.
