What Baidu does

Baidu is one of China's largest internet companies, built around its search engine and the Baidu App, which combines search, news feeds and content. Its knowledge and community products include Baidu Wiki, Baidu Knows, Baidu Experience and Baidu Post, and it also offers the Haokan short-video app, livestreaming, and Baidu Maps. A separate segment, iQIYI, produces and distributes long-form video and entertainment content. Founded in 2000, Baidu is headquartered in Beijing.
