What Agilysys does
Agilysys, Inc. develops and sells software for the hospitality industry. Its Hospitality Experience Cloud brings together three core systems: property management, point-of-sale, and inventory and procurement. On top of these it sells add-on "experience enhancer" modules. In food and beverage, the main products are the InfoGenesis POS, the IG Kiosk self-service kiosk, and the IG KDS kitchen display, plus tools for mobile ordering, payments, digital menus, gift cards, and analytics. On the lodging side, it offers the LMS and Versa property management systems and Stay, a cloud-native SaaS product. These come with modules for booking, mobile and kiosk check-in, spa, golf, sales and catering, central reservations, loyalty, membership, and a guest app. Eatec and Stratton Warren System handle inventory and procurement. The company makes money from cloud subscriptions, maintenance and support, software integrated with third-party hardware, and professional services. It was founded in 1932 as Pioneer-Standard Electronics and took the Agilysys name in 2003. It is headquartered in Alpharetta, Georgia, and serves customers in North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and India.

What is Agilysys worth?
On an owner-earnings DCF, Agilysys's most-likely value is about $117 versus a recent price near $105 (12% below fair value). But TacticScale only calls a stock undervalued when the price sits below its conservative no-growth floor (~$29) with a margin of safety — so the honest verdict here is “Fairly priced — no edge.” Fair value earns its keep only at the extremes, not in the wide middle.
Price sits in the normal range — fair value isn't actionable here; it earns its keep only when price drops below the no-growth floor, or runs to roughly double the optimistic case.
Analysis, not advice. Fair value is a margin-of-safety estimate from a deterministic owner-earnings DCF, not a price target or recommendation. See the full breakdown →
