Weichai Power builds the engines and drivetrain parts that make heavy trucks, buses, construction machines and farm tractors move. Beyond engines it makes transmissions, axles, hydraulics, generator sets and electric and hybrid power systems, and it also owns whole-vehicle businesses in heavy trucks, agricultural equipment and warehouse forklifts. Its products are sold in China and exported worldwide.

It earns revenue by selling engines, transmissions, axles and hydraulic components to vehicle and machinery makers as well as through its own vehicle, agricultural equipment and forklift brands.
