VICI Properties owns the land and buildings of large casinos, hotels and entertainment venues, including Caesars Palace, MGM Grand and the Venetian Resort on the Las Vegas Strip. It does not run these venues itself. It rents them to gaming and hospitality companies on long-term leases.

How VICI Properties makes money

It earns rent from operators under long-term triple-net leases, where tenants pay property taxes, insurance and maintenance. It also earns income from real estate and financing partnerships with operators in other experiential sectors.
