What Upstream Bio does

Upstream Bio develops experimental medicines for inflammatory diseases, focusing on serious breathing and airway conditions. Its only drug candidate, verekitug, is being tested in clinical trials for severe asthma, chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (long-lasting sinus inflammation with growths in the nose) and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
