Skyworth Digital builds the boxes and gateways that bring TV and internet into homes — digital and 4K/8K set-top boxes, Android TV and IPTV terminals, Wi-Fi routers, fiber and 5G modems. It also makes LCD display products, automotive electronics, and XR devices such as VR/AR headsets and smart glasses. Most of its customers are telecom carriers and cable/satellite broadcasters, in China and abroad.

How Skyworth Digital makes money

It earns most of its revenue selling hardware in bulk to telecom operators and broadcasters, who then distribute the boxes and routers to their subscribers. Additional income comes from software customization, system integration, project management, consulting, and ongoing upgrade and maintenance services.
