Pamica Technology Corporation

Chinese maker of mica insulation materials and fiberglass cloth

What Pamica does

Pamica makes insulation materials from mica, a mineral that blocks electricity and withstands very high heat. Its mica paper, tapes, sheets and panels go inside electrical wires, cables, home appliances, and the battery packs of electric vehicles and energy storage systems. The company also weaves fiberglass cloth and yarn used in industrial and electronics applications.

How Pamica makes money

Pamica manufactures and sells mica insulation products and fiberglass fabrics to industrial customers in China and abroad, earning revenue on product volume. Growth is tied to the new energy segment, where mica panels and separators are sold into power battery modules and energy storage system makers.
