The company also has smaller businesses in optical fiber connectors, ceramic components and wind turbines.

How Ningbo Yunsheng makes money

It makes most of its money selling sintered and bonded NdFeB magnets and magnetic assemblies to makers of motors, vehicles, electronics and wind equipment, both in China and abroad in Europe, the US and Southeast Asia. Smaller revenue comes from optical fiber components, electromechanical products, wind turbines and technology services.
