What Greenl does

Greenland Holdings builds and sells homes, high-rise towers and large mixed-use urban complexes, mainly in China but also overseas. It also builds infrastructure such as rail transit, highways and bridges. On top of that it runs a wide mix of other businesses, including hotels, imported-goods trade, car sales, property management and financial investment.

How Greenl makes money

Most of its revenue comes from developing and selling real estate projects and from building contracts for infrastructure and housing. Smaller amounts come from commerce and trade, hotels, property management, leasing and financial investment.
