Overview

Backup My Photo is a photo backup app that stores your photos on your own server or S3-compatible storage. Your photos stay under your control.

Data We Collect

Photos and Videos: The app accesses your photo library to back up photos and videos to your chosen storage destination. Photos are transferred directly to your server and are never sent to our servers.

Device Information: We may collect anonymous usage analytics to improve the app experience.

Data Storage

Your photos are stored on:

• Your own Mac running Backup My Photo server, or
• Any S3-compatible storage you configure

We do not store your photos on any third-party cloud service.

Third-Party Services

Google AdMob: The free version displays ads powered by Google AdMob. Google may collect device identifiers for ad personalization. See Google's Privacy Policy.

Apple CloudKit: For remote server discovery, we use Apple's iCloud to share server information between your devices. See Apple's Privacy Policy.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties except as described above for advertising purposes.

Your Control

You can:

• Revoke photo library access in iOS Settings
• Delete backed-up photos from your server at any time
• Upgrade to Premium to remove ads

Children's Privacy

Backup My Photo is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page.
