By downloading, installing, or using ReelStash ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

ReelStash is an AI-powered video generation application that allows users to create short-form video content using text prompts. The service includes:

• Text-to-video generation using AI models
• Prompt scoring and optimization
• Recipe management for saving prompts
• Video preview and rendering features

3. Account Registration

To use ReelStash, you must:

• Sign in using Apple Sign In or Google Sign In
• Be at least 13 years of age
• Provide accurate account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

4. Credits and Payments

• ReelStash uses a credit-based system for video generation
• New users receive 1,000 free credits upon registration
• Additional credits can be purchased through Apple In-App Purchases
• Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable
• Credit prices and packages are subject to change

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use ReelStash to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Generate deepfakes or misleading content of real people
• Produce adult, violent, or explicit content
• Circumvent usage limits or abuse the service
• Reverse engineer or modify the App

6. Content Ownership

• You retain ownership of prompts and recipes you create
• Generated videos are subject to the terms of our AI providers
• You grant us a license to process your prompts for video generation
• We do not claim ownership of your generated content

7. Service Availability

• We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• Video generation times may vary based on demand
• We may modify or discontinue features with notice
• Scheduled maintenance will be communicated when possible

8. Limitation of Liability

ReelStash is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or errors
• Third-party actions or content

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse the service or other users

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts.
