How do credits work?

Credits are used to generate videos and previews. Different operations cost different amounts: Lantern scoring costs 2 credits, Glimpse preview costs 50 credits, Storyboard costs 100 credits, Peek video preview costs 200 credits, and full Craft renders cost 500 credits. You start with 1,000 free credits and can purchase more anytime.

Why should I use Glimpse and Peek before Craft?

Glimpse and Peek are cheaper preview options that let you check if your prompt produces the desired results before spending credits on a full render. This saves you credits by catching issues early.

What is a Recipe?

A Recipe is a saved prompt template with fields for Subject, Action, Environment, Camera, Style, and Negatives. Recipes help you reuse successful prompts and maintain consistency across videos.

How long does video generation take?

Generation times vary based on the operation: Glimpse (image) takes about 5-10 seconds, Peek (short video) takes 30-60 seconds, and Craft (full video) can take 1-3 minutes depending on server load.

Where are my videos saved?

Generated videos are automatically saved to your device's Photos library with embedded metadata. You can also view them in the Stash tab within the app.

Can I get a refund for credits?

Credits are non-refundable as they are consumed immediately for AI processing. If you experience technical issues that resulted in lost credits, please contact support.

What video formats are supported?

ReelStash generates videos in MP4 format, optimized for social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

How do I delete my account?

You can sign out from the Settings tab. To request complete account deletion and data removal, please contact support at support@imlore.com.
